The death of Carmella Hickey of Lorne occurred at the Villa Renaissance in Dalhousie, July 04, 2019 at the age of 75. Born in Lorne, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Lena (Carrier) Hickey.

Carmella is survived by her daughters Brenda Doucet (Michel) of Petit Rocher and Nadine of St. Quentin; 2 grandsons as well as her siblings Jimmy, Vernon and Evangeline. She was predeceased by her siblings Opal, Ruby, Mathilda, Barbara, Norman, Josephine and Leonard.

Her funeral will be held from ST. Maria Goretti Church in Lorne on Tuesday, July 09, 2019 at 11 am. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
