John Hickey

   The death of John Hickey of the Villa Renaissance Dalhousie, occurred December 15, 2019 at the Campbellton Regional Hospital at the age of 61. Born in Lorne, the son of Cecile Carrier and the late Sanford Hickey.

   John is survived by his mother Cecile; sons Wesley (Sharon) of Alberta and J.J. of Lorne; grandson Marcus; brothers Ivan, Adolphe, Gerald, Edward, Leon, Rene, Roger, Stanley and sisters Yvonne, Barbara, Simmone, Lisa and Kim. He was predeceased by his father Sanford, brother Valmond and sister in law Edith and Laurena.

   His funeral will be held at the St. Maria Goretti Church in Lorne Thursday, December 19 at 11 am. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
