John Lejeune

The death of John Lejeune of Foyer Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes in Bathurst, and formerly of Jacquet River, occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst on Saturday, January 26th, 2019 at the age of 71. Born in Jacquet River, he was the son of the late William and Margaret (Page) Lejeune. 

John is survived by his brothers Wilfred of Port Rowan, Ontario, and Augustine (Lorraine) of Beresford, as well as by his niece Nicole and nephew Claude. He was predeceased by his brother Frank and sisters Mary, Beatrice and Evelyn. 

A funeral for Mr. Lejeune will be held Friday morning, February 1st, 2019 at St. Gabriel’s Church at 11 o’clock. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
