Norman "Chuck" Mallais

NORMAN (CHUCK) MALLAIS

November 3rd, 1935 – April 28th, 2019

Following a long illness, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Norman (Chuck) Mallais of Dalhousie, NB which occurred on April 28th, 2019 at the Palliative Care Unit of the Campbellton Regional.  Chuck will be dearly missed by his daughters Julie (Kevin) Guitard, Claudette (George), Anne Marie (Hubert), Monique (Jean Marc),  Nicole (Jacques), his grandchildren, Shaine (Trayce),  Justyn,  Audrey, Marisol (Sebastien),  Marie-Josee (Patrick), Marie-Claire (Jacques), Marc-André , and a very dear and special friend Thérèse Marcoux.  He also leaves lifetime memories in the hearts of his great-grandchildren Zachary, Kennedy, Chloe, Maxim, Mya, Kaleb, Sofia and Anabel.  He was predeceased by his parents François (Frank) Mallais and Delphine Mallet, his wife Anne (Vienneau) Mallais, and his siblings Elizabeth, Cleophas, Eymard, Francis, John, Emma, Victor, Edgar, Lydia and Gérard.  He was the last surviving member of his family. 

His funeral will be held from Saint John Bosco Church, Dalhousie, on Friday afternoon, May 3rd, 2019 at 2 PM. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.

C’est avec une grande tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de M.  Norman (Chuck) Mallais de Dalhousie NB survenu le 28 avril, 2019 à l’unité palliative de l’Hôpital régionale de Campbellton suite à une longue maladie.  Il laisse un grand vide dans le cœur de ses filles Julie (Kevin), Claudette (George), Anne-Marie (Hubert), Monique (Jean Marc), Nicole (Jacques), ainsi qu’à ses petits-enfants Shaine (Trayce), Justyn, Marie-Josée (Patrick), Marc-André, Marisol (Sébastien), Marie-Claire (Jacques), Audrey et une amie très spéciale, Thérèse Marcoux.  Il laisse des mémoires précieuses dans les cœurs de ses arrières-enfants Zachary, Kennedy, Mya, Chloé, Maxim, Kaleb, Sofia et Anabel

Il fut précédé  par ses parents François (Frank) Mallais et Delphine Mallet, ses frères Cléophas, Eymard,  Francis, John, Victor, Edgar et Gérard, ses soeurs, Elizabeth, Emma et Lydia.  Il était le dernier survivant de sa famille.

Les funérailles auront lieu à l'église St-Jean Bosco de Dalhousie le vendredi 3 mai 2019 à 14h. Les arrangements funèbres ont été confiés aux soins du Salon Funéraire MacMillan de Black Point.
