The death of Andre Guitard of Bathurst occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital on Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 at the age of 63. Born in Belledune, he was the son of the late Maurice and Annette Guitard.

Andre worked as a mechanic for most of his life. He is survived by his children Roger and Jeremy, his siblings Julienne (Manuel), Jeannette (Lee), Mary (Daniel), Jean (Debbie) and Denise (Ben), as well as his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

There was a graveside service for Andre that was held in Belledune, NB. Funeral arrangements were in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
