Annie Godin

The death of Annie Godin of Lorne, wife of the late Emile Godin, occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Tuesday December 13th, 2022 at the age of 100. Born in Lorne, she was the daughter of the late Francis and Ida  (Lapointe) Hickey.

Annie is survived by her children Albertine Godin of Lorne and Eric (Ines) Godin of Lorne; sister Zita (William) Carrier of Lorne and Patsy Hickey of Montreal as well as 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. 

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter Peggy Godin and her husband Emile Godin; sisters Leona Poirier; Mary Godin; Evangeline Carrier, Georgina Godin and Julia Doucet; brothers Hedley Hickey, Peter Hickey, Eugene Hickey and Arsene Hickey. 

Her graveside service will be held at the St. Maria Goretti Cemetery in Lorne Saturday July 22, 2023 at 2pm. Arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point
