Augustine (Gus) Furlotte

The death of Augustine (Gus) Furlotte of Belledune, NB occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital on June 30th, 2023 at the age of 83. Born in Sunnyside, the son of the late Mildred Gallen and Wesley Furlotte.

Gus is survived by his loving partner Shirley Esliger, step children Marlene Boyd (mother of Jenna and Jonathan) and Terry Esliger.

3 children from a previous marriage, Debbie Horton, Cynthia Isenor and Michael Firlotte.

Brothers Reginald (Valerie) of Bathurst, Lionel of Beresford, Kimble (Joan) of Beresford , Eric (Ruth) of Ontario, Eldric (Veronica) of Moncton, Rayburn (Debbie) of Dalhousie, Roger (Carol) of AB and Ronald of Bathurst along with many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers Gerald and Emile as well as his sisters Karen and Hazel.

 Interment to be announced at a later date. Arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
