Cora (LaPointe) Lavigne

   CORA LAVIGNE

   The death of Cora Lavigne of Gravel Hill occurred July 08, 2022 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital at the age of 72. Born in Gravel Hill, the daughter of the late Frank and Francis (Dempsey) LaPointe.

   Cora was absolutely adored by her children and grandchildren. She had the best hugs and most beautiful smile. All she needed in life to make her happy was the devotion of her family.

   Rest in peace our beautiful mom.

   Cora is survived by her children Michel (Lisa) of St. John, Ronnie (Nonita) of Bathurst, Roslyn (Dean) O’Brien of Bathurst; grandchildren Rayna, Steven, Travis, Sean, Jessica, Tristan, Miah; great grandchildren Londyn, Leander, Lennon, Iris, Robyn, Leo as well as her sister Roslyne and brother Lawrence. She was predeceased by her husband Leonard as well as her siblings James, Janie, Gerty, Doris, Mona, Leonard, Delphis, Clement, Florence, Everette, Francis and Basil.

   A graveside service for Cora will be held at the St. Maria Goretti Cemetery in Lorne on Friday, July 15, 2022 at 11 am. Arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
