Emile Goulette

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Emile J. Goulette, of Dalhousie, NB, on March 12, 2026 at the age of 82. Born in Charlo, NB, the family then moved to Dalhousie, where he began his schooling.

Once finished, he enlisted into the military, where he had a long career in the Canadian Armed Forces. He was well liked and known throughout his trade as “Shorty”.

Emile was a son to the late John and Lois (Lott) Goulette and husband to the late Rosalind (Dawson).

He is survived by his son David, his granddaughters Angela and Christine, and his great-grandsons Vince, Henry and Charlie, as well as siblings James, Leola, Eileen and Maxine.

A funeral service will be held in the spring at St. John Bosco Church, Dalhousie. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan's Funeral Home, Black Point.
