Frances Louise Carter 

The death of Frances Louise Carter of Dalhousie occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital, Thursday, March 4, 2021 at the age of 78. She was the daughter of the late Frank Pitre and Margaret Winchester.

  Frances was survived by her son Timothy (Natalie) of Bathurst; 4 grand children, Jonathan, Jessica, Hailey, Katelyn; step grand daughter Rebecca; 5 great grand children as well as her sisters; Shirley Cormier and Debbie Pitre. She was pre deceased by her husband Gary, son David and brother Earl Pitre. 

  Her graveside service will be held at St John Bosco Cemetery June 01, 2021 at 1 PM. Covid  regulations will be in place.Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home Black Point.
