It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Francoise (Barrest) Carrier of Lorne, occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on March 22, 2024 at the age of 81. She was the daughter of late John R. Carrier and Evangeline Carrier. 

Francoise is survived by her children; Gisele (Sherman) Carrier of Gravell Hill, Chantal (Renaud) LaPierre of Causapscal, QC, Nathalie (Michel) Hickey of Lorne and Danny (Sheila) Barrest of Belledune. Grandchildren; Fallon, Daniel, Dylan, Jeremy, Steven, Shanna, Mickael, and Janick. Great grandchildren; Zander, Zoé, Cassidy, and Hale as well as siblings; Tellie, Jacqueline, Tony, and Pauliphy. She is predeceased by her sister Sylvia.

Feeny was a very timid, loving , kind and shy person she liked to spend her time doing her favorite pass times such as crossword puzzles, knitting and sewing. She was cherished and loved by all who knew her. She will be greatly missed.

A graveside service will be held at the St Maria Goretti Cemetery, Lorne on June 24, 2024 at 2pm. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan & Drapeau Funeral Home, Black Point.
