Gerald Pictou

The death of Gerald Pictou of Eel River Bar First Nation, occurred at his residence on September 03, 2025 at the age of 76.

Gerald is survived by his son Justin McDonald, siblings; Evelyn Pictou, Hector Pictou and John Pictou as well as many nieces, nephews and close family friends.

Besides his mother Margaret (Simonson) Pictou, he is predeceased by brothers; Peter Simonson, Gabriel Pictou, Lester Pictou, Victor Pictou and sisters Elizabeth (Betty) Danken and Stella Gagne.

A funeral service for Gerald will be held at the Saint John Bosco, Dalhousie on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 2pm. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan & Drapeau Funeral Home, Black Point.
