Harold Carrier

With deepest sadness, the family announce the passing of Harold Jospeh Carrier of Belledune, NB which occurred at the  Chaleur Regional Hospital in Bathurst on March 15, 2021 at the age of 88. Born in Lorne on July 30, 1932, he was the son of the late Patrick and Ida (Godin) Carrier. Harold  will be sadly missed by his wife Patricia; his sons Gary (Glenda), Sherman (Pam), Scott, Sylvio (Doloris); stepsons Jerry (Sharon), Gary (Chantal); daughters Bernadette (Miles), Marlene (Floyd), Brenda Lee (Ronnie) and Patsy (Tracy); sisters Rita and Muriel;15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, sisters; Leona, Bella and brothers Roy, Joe, George, Percy and Willard. 

Harold loved fishing, the woods and also Belledune Arena which he worked at for many years. He loved the kids and the kids loved him. Harold will be greatly missed by all who knew him. 

 There will be a graveside burial at St. John Evangelist  Cemetery, Belledune on Thursday August 26, 2021 at 10 am. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home Black Point.
