Helen M. (Bernatchez) Vienneau

Charlo, NB - Helen M. (Bernatchez) Vienneau of Charlo, NB passed away at the Forest Dale Home in Riverside Albert, NB after lengthy illness, on Tuesday, July 08, 2025.

Born December 03, 1939 in Dalhousie, NB, she was the daughter of the late George Bernatchez Jr. and his wife Flo.

After she retired from Dalhousie local school districts, she was involved with the Camp Chaleur summer camp group and volunteered with Charlo and Dalhousie Golden Age Clubs for several years. She loved baking and spending time with family.

She is survived by son Larry, his wife Margaret Girouard Vienneau, estranged son George, one bother, 6 sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Leonard J. Vienneau in 1995.

A memorial service will be held at St. Francois-Xavier Cemetery in Charlo, NB on July 18, 2025 at 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation.
