It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Edmond
LaPointe, which occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital at the age
of 89.
John was born in Doyleville on February 18, 1935 to the late John
Alexander LaPointe and Mary Helen LaPointe (Carrier), he was also
predeceased by his beloved son Clayton Scott LaPointe.
John is survived by his wife of 56 years Anita LaPointe, his children
Michael (Tina), Neal (Peggy) and Derek (Tracy). He is also survived by
his grandchildren Brittany (Jake), Kyle, Mahelia, Anaya, Zoe, great
grandson Ezra, sister Lillian, and brothers Chester and Murray.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted for John at St Josephs Church, Nash Creek on May 23, 2025 at 7pm. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan & Drapeau Funeral Home, Black Point.
