Jonathan Dempsey

Thursday, October 19th, 2023, passed away accidentally at the age of 47, Jonathan Dempsey of Jacquet River, partner of Lynn Perron. He was the son of Karen (born Audet) Dempsey and the late Reginald Dempsey. 

Besides his partner Lynn, he will be sadly missed by his daughter Brieanne (Mathieu Gallant) of Eel River Bar, stepdaughters: Janelle (Fred Thibeault) of Fermont, Anabelle (Jared Valdron) of St-Léonard, Nadia (Gaby Soucy) of Campbellton and ; his mother Karen Dempsey of Jacquet River; his brother Bart (Coralee Dempsey) of Jacquet River and his sister Vanessa (Shane Malcom) of Jacquet River, his 8 beloved grandchildren, nieces, nephews, many friends and family. 

He was predeceased by his daughter Aja, his son Josh, his stepdaughter Julia, and his father Reginald.

Funeral mass will be held in the St. Garbriel the Archangel Church, Jacquet River, on Tuesday, October 31st, 2023, at 11:00 am. Jonathan Dempsey will rest at Savoie Funeral Home, situated at 47 Alexander St., Campbellton, on Sunday, October 29th from 2:00 till 4:00 pm and 7:00 till 9:00 pm. A donation to the IWK (6 Link Committee) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
