It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Degrechie of Belledune, which occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on September 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Born in Jacquet River, he was the son of the late Amanda Daigle and George Degrechie.

Leo is survived by his daughter in law Roxanne, son Terry (Jen), sister Evangeline (David) brothers; Daniel (Lucy) and Antoine, six beautiful grandchildren; Kenisha, Parker, Kelli, Rob, Amanda, and Angela, 10 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and friends.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his life long partner Beatrice, his son Timmy, daughter Marilyn and many sisters and brothers.

You were the strongest man we have ever known with the biggest heart. We were very blessed to have you in our lives.

We will miss and love you until we meet again.

A burial is to be announced. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan & Drapeau Funeral Home.
