Linda Lagace Guitar
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Linda Lagace Guitar, age 68, on Tuesday December 24, 2024 at her residence in Petit- Rocher.
She will be dearly missed by her loving husband Rheal (Ralph) Guitar, her daughter Jennifer (Gerry) of Robinsonville, son Joshua of Moncton. Her 3 grandchildren Sarah, Eric and Mathilda and her 2 sweet great grandchildren Kayden and Lily that she adored.
She also leaves behind her siblings: Emile (Carolyn) of Archibald, Adrien (Diane) of Campbellton, Yvonne (Jean-Eudes) of Green Pointe, Simon (Johanne) of Belledune, Lorenzo (Karen) of Eel River Crossing, Bernadette (Camille deceased) of Lorne, Claude (Nicole) of Moncton and Claudette (Todd) of Upsalquitch.
She is pre-deceased by her parents Joseph Evangeliste Legacy and Alexandrine Guitar. Her brother Roger and sister Alice.
She will also be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Linda worked most of her life at the Petit-Rocher municipality as a secretary for approximately 27 years.
She was a wonderful and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend. She will be remembered being kind, generous person and loved by all.
Her favourite pass times were spending time at the beach, going for long walks, passed a lot of time at their camp in Belledune and enjoyed playing cards and dice with family and friends.
She enjoyed gardening in her yard, reading and relaxing in the sun. She also like going for drives with her husband.
A funeral service will be held at the St. John Evangelist Church, Belledune on January 06, 2025 at 2pm, with a 2-hr visitation to be held before the service.
The family request that donations for Linda’s Funeral arrangements can be made to MacMillan & Drapeau Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan & Drapeau Funeral Home, Black Point.
