   The death of Lorraine Carrier of Lorne occurred May 20, 2021 at the Chaleur Regional Hospital at the age of 71. 

   Born in Lorne, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Regina (Carrier) Lavigne. 

   Lorraine is survived by her husband Leonard; children Garth (Wanda) of St. Catherine, ON., Ricky of New Hamburg, Shelley Carrier of Bathurst; grandchildren Bradley, Alex, Christopher, Reagan which she loved so much,as well as her brothers Alphee and Valmont and sisters Emelia, Valerie, Yvonne. She was predeceased by her son Ronnie; brothers Thomas, Angus, John, Alphonse and sisters Leona and Adeline.

   For those wishing to make a donation in memory of Lorraine, a donation to a breakfast program at a school of donors choice would be greatly appreciated by the family. Funeral Service will be held at the St Gabriel’s Church, Jacquet River on Monday August 9 at 11 am. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
