Lorraine (Tardiff) Lejeune

It is with great sadness we wish to announce the death of Lorraine Lejeune of Jacquet River, wife of the late Augustin, occurred at the Notre-Dame-De-Lourdes Foyer on October 24, 2022 at the age of 86. Born in Jacquet River, the daughter of the late John and the late Beatrice (Legacy) Tardif. 

  Lorraine is survived by her children Claude (Sonia) of Bathurst, Nicole (Ludger) of Bathurst; daughter in law Janice; grandchildren Matthew and Kristen; 5 great grand children Rosie, Adam, Jacob, Jack and Anna as well as her siblings Alfred and Manny. 

  Besides her parents and her husband Augustin, she was predeceased by her son Ronald; sisters Derilda, Leona, Evangeline and brothers Delore, Arthur, Gregory, Edgar and Vienny.

The family would like to thank Southern Comfort Villa and also the Notre Dames de Lourdes Foyer for the excellent care and kindness extended to her during her stay.

 Her funeral service will be held at the St. Gabriel’s Church, Jacquet River on November 1, 2022 at 2pm. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
