Mable "Connie" Godin

Mable “Connie” Godin of Jacquet River passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on August 12th, 2024 at Villa Sormany in Robertville. Born in Lorne, NB she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Melvina (née Gagnon) Carrier.

She will be dearly missed by her daughter Rachael Hickey (Marc) of Petit-Rocher, her sons Jean-Eudes (Elaine) of Jacquet River and Alyre (Gail) of Fredericton, her grandchildren Vanessa (Mathieu) of Dieppe, Julian of Jacquet River, Ally & Kayla and her great grandchildren, whom she was so proud of Dominic & Mickaël. She will also be sadly missed by her sisters Vera (Ronald) & Maudie (Lonnie), her brother Adrien (Ann) and many nieces and nephews. 

Aside from her parents, Connie was predeceased by her husband Terry, her sisters Clarisse & Irma as well as her brother Preston. 

A graveside service will be held at the St Gabriels Cemetery, Jacquet River on August 21, 2024 at 11am, with a reception to follow. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan & Drapeau Funeral Home, Black Point.
