Maurice Gauvin Sr.

The death of Maurice Gauvin Sr. of Dalhousie occurred at his residence on March 20th, 2024 at the age of 74. Born in Dalhousie, the son of the late Wilfred and Stella (Guitard) Gauvin. 

 Maurice is survived by his daughter Darla (Danny) of Dalhousie; 3 grandchildren Harley, Madison and Marissa; siblings Emily (Leo), Gabriel (Ginette), Donald (Shirley) and Leander (Linda); nieces and nephews Jeffrey (Caroline), Randy, Sylvie and Christine (Jeff) as well as his special friend Mona. 

 Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son Maurice Gauvin Jr. 

  A funeral service will be held at the St. John Bosco Church, Dalhousie, on April 2th, 2024 at 11am. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan & Drapeau Funeral Home, Black Point.
