We have been asked to announce the passing of Norman LaPointe of Miramichi. Which occurred at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on Monday, December 16, 2024 at the age of 73.

Born in Nash Creek, N.B. He was the son of the late Edmond & Adeline (Doucet) LaPointe.

He is survived by his sons; Ashley and Ryan, brothers; Kenny, Gary and Ben, sisters; Elaine and his twin Norma.

Besides his parents, he was pre-deceased by his wife Marilyn.

A funeral service for Norman will he held at the St Gabriels Church, Jacquet River on Monday, May 26, 2025 at 11am followed by a burial at St Josephs Cemetery, Nash Creek with reception at St Josephs Church. Funeral arrangements are  in the care of MacMillan & Drapeau Funeral Home, Black Point.
