Surrounded by family, Paul Bertin of Dalhousie passed away on August 9, 2025, at the Campbellton Regional Hospital. He was the son of the late Steven and Louise (Lanteigne) Bertin.
Paul is survived by his wife, Joyce; his son, Matthew (Rhonda) of Dalhousie; and his grandchildren: Jeffery Bertin (Kayla) of Hamilton, Katelynne Bertin of Kitchener, and Jacob Bertin (Marylie) of Toronto. He also leaves behind his step-grandchildren, Justin Guitard (Kelsea) and Jade Moore (Madison) of Benjamin, as well as two great-grandchildren: Estelle Jean Louise Bertin (3 years) and Ezekiel Paul Poirier Bertin (6 weeks).
Additionally, he is survived by his five brothers: Patrick (Diane) of Dalhousie, Mark (Geraldine) of Tracadie, Mike (Anne) of Campbellton, Pierre (Caroline) of Campbellton, and Andrew of Dalhousie. He is also survived by his sister, Madeline of Dundee, and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by his youngest son, Richard (1992), and his sister, Bernadette Harquail of Dalhousie (2025).
Funeral service to be held at Living Hope Church of God, located in Dalhousie Junction, on Saturday, August 16, at 1 pm.
