Randall James Hotton

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Randall James Hotton of Jacquet River, who passed away on February 9, 2026 in Bathurst.

Randy was a beloved brother, son, uncle, great-uncle and a friend to many. For more than 40 years, Randy worked hard as a farmer, a life he took on with his stubborn resolve. He valued hard work, and those who knew him understood that once Randy set his mind to something, there was no changing it -- and we all loved him for it.

Randy was the son of the late Snowden and Alma (LePage) Hotton and brother of the late Victor Hotton. He is survived by his brothers Robert (Cheryl) of Jacquet River, Clyde of Jacquet River and Chris of Jacquet River. 

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
