Taylor Carrier 

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Taylor Patrick Carrier of Lorne, which occurred on August 21, 2024 at the age of 25. He was the son of April Carrier (Leigh) and Jason LaPointe (Kim). 

Taylor is survived by his parents, sister Julie (Jayden); partner Misty; step-daughter Marlee; Grandparents Glenda, Gary, Roseita, and Lonnie; aunts; Jessica and Rolande (Ian); many step siblings, extended family, friends and friends who he called “Brudders”. 

From a very young age Taylor was a jokester always making his family and friends laugh even if you only met him once you’ll have a story to tell. Taylor was an avid miner, his passion was the Jackleg, excelling in his career very fast he made friends in every mine he worked at. 

When tomorrow starts without me ,

A Graveside service will be held in memory of Taylor at the St Maria Goretti Cemetery, Lorne on Saturday, September 07, 2024 at 2pm. A celebration of life is to follow at the Super Village Trailblazers in Archibald. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan & Drapeau Funeral Home, Black Point.
