    The death of Thomas Hickey of Lorne occurred at the Chaleur Regional Hospital, Bathurst, on May 3, 2020 at the age of 87. Born in Lorne,he was the son of the late Vincent and Mary Jane (Carrier) Hickey. 

    Thomas is survived by his wife Theresa (Hickey); children Denise Hickey of Lorne, Jason of Lorne, Rodney (Gemma) of Lorne, Charlene Mallaley (Mark) of Lorne; several grandchildren; several great grandchildren as well as his siblings Rita Godin, Opal Lapointe, Alphie Hickey and Eilleen Hickey. He was also pre deceased by his daughter Monique,and five brothers and five sisters. 

Funeral service will be held at the MacMillan & Drapeau Chapel on Thursday September 23, 2021 at 1pm. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.

There will be a reception at the legion following the service.
