William "Billy" Ouellette

The death of William "Billy" Ouellette of Dalhousie, occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the age of 69. Born in Dalhousie, he was the son of Ralph Ouellette and Helen (Gaspar) Ouellette.

William is survived by his devoted wife of 46 years Debbie; Daughter Nathalie (Nick) of Taymouth, Step Grandchildren; Riley, Julia, & Nate and 3 Grand dogs. Mother Helen Gaspar of Dalhousie, Brother Gerry (Marie) Eel River Crossing, Brother Johnny (Maarit) of Kelowna British Columbia, 2 very special Nieces Christin and Kayla of Ontario, Sisters in Law; Shelly and Brenda, Brothers in Law; Blair and Michael.  A very special fur friend named Molly who will forever miss his visits and another named Blackie who will forever miss his daily "hi Blackie".
