The death of Joe Noel of Belledune occurred October 05, 2021 at the Chaleur Hospital in Bathurst at the age of 55. Born in St. Stephen, he was the son of Winston and Barbara (Ross) Noel.

There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are in the care of MacMillan’s Funeral Home, Black Point.
