Francis Bernard

   The death of Francis Bernard of Rose's Special Care Home, Dalhousie, occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital Friday, June 10, 2016 at the age of 77. Born in Dalhousie, he was the son of the late Ludger and Vivienne (Thivierge) Bernard.

   Francis is survived by his children; Rachel Bernard (Cliff) of Miramichi, Marthe Bernard (John Drapeau) of Dalhousie, Suzanne Bernard of Campbellton, Charles (Erika ) of Moorpark,California; 5 grandchildren Allyson, Alexa, Sarah, Jacob and Emma as well as his great grandson Charles Alexander.He also leaves his siblings Diana (Jean Richard) of Ayer's Cliff, Quebec, Julia of Dalhousie, Roland of Dalhousie and several nieces and nephews.Besides his parents, he was also predeceased by his sister Anne-Marie Oczkus.

   His funeral will be held Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 11 from the St. Jean Baptiste Church in Dalhousie. Funeral arrangements are in the care of MacMillans Funeral Home, Black Point.
